This trip gives you opportunities to deeply discover
Lan Ha bay and Cat Ba Island. You'll get a chance to
kayak and explore Lan Ha Bay which is great and quiet
area of Halong bay and sleep in a specific home-stay. A
trek through Cat Ba National Park to Viet Hai Village
will give you great experiences of nature, adventure and
culture combination.
ITINERARY
Day 1 Hanoi ? Hai Phong ? Cat Ba ? Lan Ha bay
Our driver will pick you up at the hotel and Hanoi and
it take about 2.5 hours to drive to the pier in Hai
Phong City where you'll board a high/express boat to Cat
Ba island. Our guide and car will meet you at the dock
in Cat Ba Town upon your arrival there and transfer to
the Beo pier for checking in on a fishing boat. Lunch
will be served while cruising to the breathtaking Lan Ha
bay. After lunch, you'll start exploring the Light and
Dark Cave by kayaking and swimming on private beach.
Then back to the boat, have shower and be lazy on the
deck till dinner. Night fishing will be available if
weather permitted. Overnight on fishing boat.
Day 2 Lan Ha bay
Breakfast served on boat and you will kayak around many
beautiful islets and lagoons of Lan Ha Bay such as Three
Tunnel Lagoon, Three Peach Lagoon, Pen Islet which make
you feel immersing into the peace & beauty of the
nature. A delicious seafood lunch will be served in a
special area in which famous for crystal water and
natural mini beaches. After lunch, rock climbing will be
arranged until the Sun is about to set and you then will
be transferred back to Cat Ba Town, check in Cat Ba
homestay. Dinner & overngight at homestay.
Day 3 Trekking Cat Ba National Park - Viet Hai
village
After breakfast, a minivan will take you the visit the
Hospital cave and drop you off at the Cat Ba National
Park gate for you to start trekking to Viet Hai village
(about 5 hour trek). Prepare your camera for great
photos including wild animals as squirrels, snakes,
frogs, thousands of butterflies ... Arriving at Viet Hai
village, having lunch at local restaurant & spent time
to waking around the village, meet the locals or relax
before taking boat trip back to Cat Ba Town and the
home-stay. Dinner & overngight at homestay.
Day 4 Cat Ba ? Hai Phong ? Hanoi
You can be free to read book and take a bike to visit
the traditional fish sauce making workshop. Lunch will
be served before you take a hydrofoil back to Hai Phong
City where our driver is waiting to take you back to
Hanoi. Trip ends at you hotel in Hanoi at around 17:00.
